They had an on premise Microsoft Exchange email system which was coming to its end of life and support. This was project managed this months prior so the business email would be migrated into Microsoft’s Hosted Exchange within the cloud all with zero down time.

Netcomm projected this and replicated the live email system into the Cloud. This included all users accounts with aliases and rules, distribution groups and contacts and shared content.

Once replicated, Netcomm proceeded to migrate the live system using a background online connection providing Greenlite the ability to continue their business as usual. The background process allowed us to migrate each account and process the data into the relevant Hosted Exchange system. When the migration was completed and up to date, a change to DNS records and remote support enabled Netcomm to seamlessly switch Greenlite users over to their new system.

Greenlite now benefit from the wealth Microsoft’s Hosted Exchange provides with its availability, latest version and collaboration across other platforms. This also provided the business with a step forward towards remote working.
