Netcomm are pleased to announce that they have been chosen as Ofcom’s IT Support provider for the second year in a row.
The communications regulator relocated two departments, its Consumer Contact Team, which handles around 70,000 enquiries every year and Spectrum Licensing, which processes around 100,000 applications and requests each year to a new base in the centre of Warrington in 2016. After a year of high quality service, Ofcom has once again chosen Netcomm as their IT Support provider.
