Netcomm will be undertaking a full server and workstation upgrade, providing a new server and brand new computers for each user. Netcomm will then continue to provide daily IT support to the users. The server will be configured for monitoring and alerts and directed to Netcomm so our skilled engineers can respond to potential problems in the background. Our helpdesk system allows any faults reported by our clients to be correctly managed until completion. 95% of faults are resolved via our remote desktop application, this will ensure that Chambers Fletcher can continue to operate with minimial disruption.
