IT Support plan questions.

Can you explain your pricing?
Our prices are based on the quantity of servers and workstations and not the business background. Each level of support is priced on an estimation of time spent either onsite or remote ensuring our client remains operational.

Can I change plans at any time?
Clients can change their plan at any point, however all we ask is the previous service level agreement is terminated and the new one begins over a 12 month period. There are no termination fees involved to change a plan.

I’m not ready for a Plan right now. Do you do ‘Pay as You Go’?
Yes. For companies who don’t feel comfortable about committing to the fixed-cost of an annual contract, Netcomm is happy to provide our expertise on an informal basis, charged at an hourly rate.

Who’s ‘Pay as You Go’ ideal for?
It’s for businesses that may have some in-house IT skills and need occasional help. It’s great for One-off jobs, like cleaning up after a virus or hardware/software installation, or where IT is not critical to the business.

What types of payment do you accept?
Primarily BACS (standing order) on a monthly basis but we also accept cheques delivered at the start of the calendar month.

Can I pay a year in advance?
Full payment can be made in advance if a client chooses this option, however we find most prefer to pay 12 equal months

How long do I need to sign up for?
A service level agreement is a minimum 12 months but can be tailored should the client want a fixed price over a longer term. We also offer a 3 month trial to new customers should they not want to initially commit until a ‘test drive’.
